What we offer
Three therapies, one team, one plan for your child.
Our therapists work together with you, your child’s doctors and their teachers. Every plan is play-based, evidence-based and individual to your child.
Occupational Therapy
Everyday skills: fine and gross motor abilities, sensory needs, social interaction and self-reliance, built through purposeful play.
Physical Therapy
Functional movement: strength, balance and coordination so children can move, climb and keep up with their day.
Speech Therapy
Communication in every form: speech, language, listening, sign and alternative communication devices.

Getting started
Three steps from first worry to first session.

Ask for a referral
Your child’s pediatrician, primary care provider or specialist sends us a referral for the therapy your child needs. Ask them to fax it to (541) 900-1419.

We call you
We confirm the referral, talk through your concerns and schedule the initial evaluation. Before it, you complete the registration packet and we verify your insurance benefits.

Evaluation, goals, sessions
The first visit is a family-centered interview, testing and observation. Together we set goals, request any authorizations, then begin regular sessions with coaching you can use at home.

How we practice
Therapy in seasons, not forever.
Research shows shorter episodes of care give the same or better results than continuous therapy. So we work in seasons: focused therapy, then a planned break where families practice what they learned, then a fresh look at what’s next.
